Add Estimator

Names in this tab become the choices in the Estimator dropdown on the bid form. Use Edit to change the name, initials, profile icon color, or remove a profile.

Estimator List

Use Edit to change a name or open its remove option.

Estimator source: public.estimators

Stat Lines

Admin users can view every estimator. Non-admin estimators only see their own line.

Add / Edit Section

Add new sections or edit/remove any of the existing section titles from your bid board.

Current Sections

Use Edit to rename, recolor, or remove any section.

Add Folder

Folders hold a full set of bid information by section. For example, the default 2026 folder contains the current bid board information.

Current Folders

Use Edit to rename, recolor, or remove folders. Use Move Up / Move Down to change only the folder order.

Add Heading

Edit any board heading from Estimator through the last heading, or add new headings. Added headings appear as columns on the bid board, fields on the bid form, and columns in Excel.

Use Edit to rename or remove headings. Use ← / → to move a whole column left or right while keeping its saved information attached.
